Travel Day 2 – We have arrived in Shipshewana, IN
We hit Sam’s Club this morning before we left Indianapolis. Had to stock up for a big rally breakfast I’m making later this week.
Our trip was about 3 hours or so. We pushed into Shipshewana mid-afternoon. We’re staying at the Shipshewana South Campground and we’re all setup in site 108.
Once we got all setup and settled in, we decided to head over to E&S Bulk Store.
I got a few items for the big breakfast and Nancy got a few items for us. This store is really cool. If you’re ever in Shipshewana, you need to stop at E&S Bulk.
We visited with some of our club members/friends and are now just chilling out in the RV and working on work stuff with the TV on in the background.
Well, late night edit (11:15 pm)
I walked over to the campfire at Hoyt and Mary’s and chatted with folks there. Then I went into the rally hall to grab a bag of Hoyt’s famous popcorn cooked in duck fat 🙂 Took a small bag back to the RV for Nancy too. Then I went back and me and a few of the guys shot the bull for a while. Nice catching up with some of my friends.
