BBQ at the TN Pre-Rally
Months ago, I committed to smoking ribs for an early arrivals dinner at the TN rally. Â Yesterday, I made good on that promise. Â I smoked 6 racks of ribs and a 10# Boston butt for pulled pork. Â Both turned out great.
RV Water Filtration System Installed
This morning, I installed a water filtration system for the RV. It’s a 2 stage system. First filter removes sediment and second filter if removes bacteria and is for odor and taste. Not sure how I want to mount this but for now, it is sitting inside my dock area.

Actually, it wasn’t me. My son Tony had quite the appetite today at lunch after Mike’s graduation. Tony is a professional mover and burns up to 5,000 calories a day. He can eat big. Here, he finishes up our plates for us. Good boy! Jim
