It started snowing a couple hours ago. We’ve received maybe an inch so far. We expect to get a bit more overnight. It’s 23 degrees out now, on its way down to 9 degrees overnight. Brr!

Lured by the offer of “free food”, we tried the new Bojangles’ restaurant in Crossville this morning. We both had the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. Very good. Tonight, Nancy used the early Christmas present she got me – a LeCruset braising pan. Â She cooked Braised Short Ribs with a Horseradish/Maple/Rosemary glaze. Â Lisa and Mike are in town for Christmas – we all enjoyed this meal!
