Today we left Crossville and began making our way towards Santo, TX, site of the North Texas Chapter Rally of the Heartland Owners CLub. We’ll take 3 days to get there. We stopped west of Nashville for lunch today at the Flying J. We took on fuel there as well.
Around 5 pm, we arrive at Tom Sawyer’s RV Park in West Memphis, Arkansas.
We’d stopped by here to check the campground out last year. This campground is right on the Mississippi River. We’re in site 61 for the night. A nice long, level, gravel pull-through with 50 amp power, water and sewer. All clear for satellite and the locals come in great from the batwing. We ate dinner and watched a few TV season finales.

We left West Memphis, Arkansas on our way to Santo, TX. Â Today we stopped at Pilot near North Little Rock, AR for fuel and lunch.
We’d planned on staying in Texarkana, TX but decided to push a little further today in order to make tomorrow’s push into Santo a bit shorter. So, we’re at the Mount Pleasant, TX KOA tonight.
