Tonight, Nancy used the early Christmas present she got me – a LeCruset braising pan. Â She cooked Braised Short Ribs with a Horseradish/Maple/Rosemary glaze. Â Lisa and Mike are in town for Christmas – we all enjoyed this meal!

This Christmas Eve, we celebrated with a nice dinner. Â I made an Oven Roasted Prime Rib Roast, Oven Roasted Herb Potatoes, Green Beans Amandine, Cranberry Sauce and Dinner Rolls for dinner.
