Disney World – Day 3 – Epcot
Today, we’re at Epcot for our first of two days.
We took a boat Ferry Boat from Fort Wilderness Campground over to the Magic Kingdom to catch larger Ferry Boat over to the Disney Transportation Center where we got on the Monorail to Epcot. Sort of a long way to get there, but we didn’t have to drive 🙂
Living with the Land… We went here to go on Soarin’ Always fun.
On the way to lunch, the Monorail was cruising through Epcot.
Then I saw this guy taking a picture of his small Roaming Gnome.
Rose and Crown Pub and Dining Room is where we had lunch today – in the UK. I had “Fish and Chips” on the brain. So I had to take care of that craving. We split that and ‘Cottage Pie’. We split a sweet treat of “Sticky Toffee Pudding” for dessert.
O’Canada… We visited the Canada display. We’ve seen this before but it was still nice to return to some of our favorite things. Martin Short was funny in the 360 degree Canada film. We’re looking forward to our first RV trip to Canada this June!
The American Adventure…We didn’t get here in time for any of the outdoor shows, but we did get to rest our feet during the indoor animatronic “American Adventure” show. Very good.
We visited Japan… Always cool to take this place in. Even got to see the Taiko Drummers.
We had dinner at Teppan Edo in Japan… Wow, very good. I’d have to say, so far, for the cost, this was the best meal yet.
Here’s a video of The Volcano during dinner…
