Tonight we went out to dinner with friends from Mission, Lex and Bonnie F. They live here in Retama Village where we’re renting a site from another set of friends who own here. We went to La Jaiba Mexican Seafood in Mission.

This Christmas Eve, we celebrated with a nice dinner. Â I made an Oven Roasted Prime Rib Roast, Oven Roasted Herb Potatoes, Green Beans Amandine, Cranberry Sauce and Dinner Rolls for dinner. When went back to Texas to get my truck and RV and attend our Houston RV rally, my hosts, Jim and Bette took me to one of their son’s ranch. We were trying to get pictures of deer. Got a few. And cats and cows too 🙂
