ThermoWorks Thermapen Review

Nancy and I are currently buying food from BistroMD in order to achieve some weight-loss.  The food is pre-cooked and comes to us frozen.  Each meal therefore must be reheated in the microwave oven.  In order to ensure our food is properly and evenly heated without over-cooking it, we purchased an Instant Read Thermometer by ThermoWorks called Thermapen.  This thermometer is great!  I have also used it when cooking meats on my smoker.  If you’re looking for a very accurate, instant read thermometer, this is it!
