Ruby gets new coats for winter

We left Marengo, IL yesterday. Stayed at Indian Springs Camground near Cleves, OH. Nice place for an overnight. Satellite dish worked great too. Eating lunch at a Cracker Barrel near Lexington, KY, on our way to Ashville, NC tonight.

Here’s the gang (MoBlog pic posted) at Starved Rock State Park near Utica, IL. We hiked this morning.  We didn’t hike all the trails but we did visit Starved Rock, Lover’s Leap Overlook, EaglecCliff Overlook, French Canyon, the Visitor Center and the Lodge.  We also had a picnic lunch in the park between the river…

Nancy spoke to her Mom today. The doctor felt Marge’s blood had thickened (she was on blood thinners previously) enough to send a probe (camera?) of some sort up an artery to her heart. He determined that she has a blood clot and blockage and that she will require surgery. We don’t know what that…
