Tortilla Cream Cheese Roll-Ups

Nancy got this recipe from her Aunt Cork.  Pretty easy to make and tasty too.  


1 package large flour tortillas (thinner is better)
16 ounces regular cream cheese spread (not whipped)
4 ounces sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup pecan chips (optional)
1 tablespoon chopped garlic (about 2 cloves)
4 ounce can chopped green chiles
4 ounce can minced black olives
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions (about 2 onions)



Makes about 6 rolls
