Recipe: Cioppino (fish stew)

Here’s a recipe (link) for my version of Cioppino – a fish stew in a tomato based sauce.  I enjoy Cioppino at restaurants when I can get it and I decided it was time to update my own recipe.  Follow this link to the Entrees page of the recipes on the blog.

This recipe makes “a lot”.  Consider cutting it in half or inviting 10 or your friends!  I suggest spicing it up a bit by increasing the red pepper flake to a 1/2 teaspoon.

Serve with a nice lettuce salad and lots of garlic bread.  Enjoy!
