Here’s a recipe (link) for my version of Cioppino – a fish stew in a tomato based sauce. Â I enjoy Cioppino at restaurants when I can get it and I decided it was time to update my own recipe. Â Follow thisÂ linkÂ to the Entrees page of the recipes on the blog.
This recipe makes “a lot”. Â Consider cutting it in half or inviting 10 or your friends! Â I suggest spicing it up a bit by increasing the red pepper flake to a 1/2 teaspoon.
Serve with a nice lettuce salad and lots of garlic bread. Â Enjoy!
