Orion Cooker Meets Pork Loin Ribs

On a tip from another RVer, I purchased an Orion Cooker from Home Depot. This cooker is very cool. I smoked 4 racks of ribs in 1 hour and 10 minutes! I will rate my first use as “good”. Looking forward to an “excellent” use soon. Want to do a pork shoulder next.

After we visited the Museum of Science and Industry, we met for dinner at Greek Islands in Greektown in Chicago.Â Mike’s friend from college, Robert, had never been to Chicago or to a Greek restaurant.Â So of course we had to start out with a round of Saganaki.
