Happy Birthday – to me?
It’s my birthday today but it seems like the longest birthday ever. I’ve been traveling for several weeks and have been to 3 RV rallies in that time. Been getting lots of cake! Thank you my RV friends 🙂

Pfister Hotel and Blu

Friday evening afer dinner, at the suggestion of a work associate (thanks Pete G), we went to the Pfister Hotel. On the top floor is a lounge called Blu. We had martinis. Had a great view of downtown Milwaukee and the lakefront. Pictured below: Nancy with an apple martini. A very large church (name/denomination unknown)….
Massbach Ridge Winery

While we were touring the JoDavies County countryside today, we stopped into Massbach Ridge Winery near Elizabeth, IL, southeast of Galena. Had a nice tasting and enjoyed the scenery. Picked up a bottle of their white wine for our guests tonight. Jim

Visiting friends in Statesville, North Carolina

We spent a couple of nights in the driveway of our friends, Ed and Barb R in Statesville, NC. Really enjoyed spending time with them and their new puppy, Cody. Now we’re all on our way to the North Carolina rally near Waxhaw.
