Tonight, Nancy used the early Christmas present she got me – a LeCruset braising pan. Â She cooked Braised Short Ribs with a Horseradish/Maple/Rosemary glaze. Â Lisa and Mike are in town for Christmas – we all enjoyed this meal!
Nancy needed her fix! Took her to Aurelios Pizza in Addison, IL after church today. One of several things we miss about Addison. Man is this pizza good!

Lured by the offer of “free food”, we tried the new Bojangles’ restaurant in Crossville this morning. We both had the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. Very good.
