Actually – treats for Nancy’s birthday. I rounded up the ingredients at Sams and Jewell and tonight, Nancy and I made treats for her birthday. At her office, you bring your own treats for your birthday.

On a tip from another RVer, I purchased an Orion Cooker from Home Depot. This cooker is very cool. I smoked 4 racks of ribs in 1 hour and 10 minutes! I will rate my first use as “good”. Looking forward to an “excellent” use soon. Want to do a pork shoulder next.

Dinner out in Duluth

We went out to dinner tonight in downtown Duluth with Mike and his girlfriend Kirstin. We ate at Tycoon’s, then came downstairs to Rathskeller. It’s a bar in what was an old jail in a sub-basement of this building. Great time!

Having dinner with friends and club members Tom and Gerry Weber at Red Lobster. Thank you both for your service as WI Chapter Leaders these nearly 6 years! Â Look at those cheddar garlic biscuits! And I’m not having one 🙁
