Relaxing day in rainy Waxhaw, NC and I made a Boo Boo :(

It rained much of the day today. Nancy and I went downtown Waxhaw with friends Paul and Sue A.

We had a nice lunch at Maxwell’s – a place recommended by Lance D. Great call.  After lunch, we visited the Museum of the Waxhaws where we learned more about the history of this area.  After the museum, we found a coffee shop downtown and sat down to relax and chat a bit.

At dinner time, we headed over to the rally hall for heavy appetizers at the rally meet and greet. Nice time visiting with friends, plus I made a boo boo. More on that later.
Lance and Kem recognized Nancy and Ann P for their birthdays today. Then they were blond folded and each took a few whacks at a Pumpkin Birthday Pi̱ata. (video to be added below Рlater)

Back to the boo boo. While on a narrow road with the truck by the rally hall, I caught the fender and bumper of a fellow rally attendee’s car with the fiberglass wheel well trim of my truck. Oops. Sorry Theresa and Kim P 🙁
