15,000+ steps in one day!

Well, here was a nice accomplishment. One day this past week I walked 15,000+ steps. That’s 7.4 miles! We were in Las Vegas and there were plenty of walking opportunities. Unfortunately, with all that walking, the scale at home told the real fitness story this morning. Too many buffets, desserts and highly refined carbs in general. Time to become militant on diet and exercise again :)
