Today, we drove over to Disney SpringsÂ (formerly Downtown Disney), aÂ dining-retail-entertainment district inspired by Florida’s waterfront towns and based around ‘freshwater springs’.

We had lunch in Downtown Disney at The Boathouse Restaurant. Â I had the Cedar Planked Salmon and Nancy had the Crab Cake. Â We split a Wedge Salad. Â Both meals were fabulous if not a bit pricey.

We had coffee and ice cream at Ghirardeli and walked around Disney Springs quite a bit before heading back home.

Later in the evening, our friends and neighbors from The Gardens in Crossville, TN, Joe and Cathy Moore met us at our RV and we went to the Hoopty Doo Review Dinner and Show at Pioneer Hall, here in Fort Wilderness. Â Fun times!

Today was our middle day of visiting Walt Disney World. Â We spent the entire day at E.P.C.O.T.

We arrived at EPCOT around 9:45 am and left just after 9:00 pm. Â We walked around EPCOT 1.5 times and according to Apple Health, we walked over 14,000 steps.

We had sun most of the day and a slight breeze. Â Temps were in the high-50s to low-60s. Â We dressed warmly and stayed comfortable the whole time.

Because we went on a chilly Tuesday while school was in, the crowds were really light. Â We had signed up for Fast Pass for a few attractions and we sped through all the attractions we wanted – in record time. Â This left us plenty of time to walk around EPCOT at our leisure and take in lunch and dinner.
