Tonight, Nancy used the early Christmas present she got me – a LeCruset braising pan. Â She cooked Braised Short Ribs with a Horseradish/Maple/Rosemary glaze. Â Lisa and Mike are in town for Christmas – we all enjoyed this meal!
Nancy and I are currently buying food from BistroMD in order to achieve some weight-loss. Â The food is pre-cooked and comes to us frozen.
