Tonight, Nancy used the early Christmas present she got me – a LeCruset braising pan. Â She cooked Braised Short Ribs with a Horseradish/Maple/Rosemary glaze. Â Lisa and Mike are in town for Christmas – we all enjoyed this meal!
We left home today for Chicago to visit family and friends. We’re spending the night at the La Quinta Inn in Columbus, Indiana – just off I-65. We’ve stayed here many times as they allow dogs and we have Emme with us this trip.
We brought and heated our Bistro MD meals in our room, but they do have a happy hour downstairs, so we grabbed a couple snacks and some adult beverages 🙂
