This Christmas Eve, we celebrated with a nice dinner. Â I made an Oven Roasted Prime Rib Roast, Oven Roasted Herb Potatoes, Green Beans Amandine, Cranberry Sauce and Dinner Rolls for dinner. Tonight, Nancy used the early Christmas present she got me – a LeCruset braising pan. Â She cooked Braised Short Ribs with a Horseradish/Maple/Rosemary glaze. Â Lisa and Mike are in town for Christmas – we all enjoyed this meal!
