Christmas Dinner 2013

This Christmas Eve, we celebrated with a nice dinner.  I made an Oven Roasted Prime Rib Roast, Oven Roasted Herb Potatoes, Green Beans Amandine, Cranberry Sauce and Dinner Rolls for dinner.  Lisa and Mike made a Lemon Merengue Pie for dessert. Braised Short Ribs – yum!

Tonight, Nancy used the early Christmas present she got me – a LeCruset braising pan.  She cooked Braised Short Ribs with a Horseradish/Maple/Rosemary glaze.  Lisa and Mike are in town for Christmas – we all enjoyed this meal!
